Fruit and Veg Strong Starts query

I am struggling to find any direct guidance regarding schools using a club card when paying for fruit and veg through the gift card scheme provided by Tesco. I’ve checked through all the terms and conditions and can’t see an answer either way and wondered if anyone knew the answer and could direct me to it. Thanks in advance
