I'm on a 10-game losing streak and have only won 3 of my last 20 games

As a solo-queue healer main, it's getting harder and harder to love this game even with the apparent buffs strategists have had. Pretty much every ranked game is awful, it's a struggle to even get another healer, or a decent 2-2-2 set up.

Sue is my main and has been since she was introduced (good with Luna, Mantis, C&D, learning Loki more), each season I end on at least Diamond 2, have been Grandmaster 2 highest but this season havent even passed Plat 3. I am playing the best I ever have, but the people I get paired with don't seem to understand how the game actually works, or that it is a Team Game.

I hate chatting or calling people out in game but the dps (mainly) and tanks I've been paired with don't protect the healers, complain about 0 healing when each game ends w easily get 25/30k+ and the times that doesn't happen is when I am being targeted, which they apparently don't see or read when I do mention it.

It's becoming a struggle to enjoy the game, if anyone has advice, info or whatever on how they've ranked up, I am begging for you to explain, thank youuu
