24 F4M - Need a handyman for drywall repair and fun

I am a 24 year old, Japanese-Canadian analyst who has recently moved from Dupont -> North York.

I have an overlapping lease and need help with small drywall repairs (patch and paint) from a man who is good with his hands. Nothing major but my ex landlord is an asshole lol and I’d rather not antagonize him. Maybe we could roleplay something where the handyman gets extra handsy or I don’t have money so I have to pay him with something else?

*edit: I already did the patch job (it’s not good tho lol so might need sanding) Primer, paint and roller will be provided as well
