How to take Mounjaro on a long trip

I have an international trip coming up and my Dr advised to keep Mounjaro in cold packs while traveling (travel is 24 hours+); wanted to ask if someone has any experience with this and what did you use to keep the medicine in cold packs? Looking for recommendations and/or suggestions.
