does wellness hub even monitor their clinician/psychiatrist feedback form?

i have been wanting to submit a complaint on an older psychiatrist at the hub and i do have a classmate as well who's been waiting for weeks at this point for a response.

do they actually check the feedback forms (the general one in addition to the psychiatry one) or is there just no accountability for clinicians?
