F1 in Dr Gray's hospital in Elgin
Hey I'm currently about to finish medical school and have got my F1 jobs in Elgin. I had a few questions and was wondering if anyone who has been there can help.

What is the hospital like in general? Apart from it being very small which I have seen. How are staffing levels and bed numbers generally? How is teaching in F1? How supported are you?

I have been trying to look at pay. Which has entered the minefield of banding supplements. Does anyone know what the F1 Anaesthetics job, General surgery job and General medical job is like? The descriptors al seem to suggest long days, nights and weekends? But how many should I expect? Is it likely to be ban 1b/1c higher lower?

What is Elgin like as a town?
Thanks for any help
