PRP or Soundwave/Shockwave Therapy After Microdiscectomy?

34M. I have a Microdiscectomy last 7 months ago. It reduced about 60% of the sciatic pain but I still have pain in my hip/buttock. Definitely much better than pre-surgery. I have had a few steroid injections for the residual pain and those have temporarily helped. A dr recommended PRP. Has anyone had PRP or shock wave therapy after a Microdiscectomy to help with pain? If so, curious to hear your stories.
