Point to point drop off services?

Hi I am planning a family vacation and was wondering if anyone had suggestions on a transportation company.

Will be 6 adults with luggage, two older people with limited mobility (hence no train). Would like transportation:

1. from Dublin to Cork with one stop on the way
2. From cork to Galway with two stops on the way
3. From Galway to Dublin airport

My googling has really only gotten me tour guides that will be with you the whole time when really just need one way drop off.

Thanks!
