Real ID question

I have an appointment at the MVC to add a motorcycle endorsement to my license. Are they able to upgrade me to a real ID while I'm there or do I need a separate appointment? I'm going to Delanco if thats any help. Just wondering if anyone else had any luck getting it added on while there for something else.
