AITAH For leaving my 4 year old that knows how to swim unattended for 2 minutes in the bathtub while checking on my other kid?

Im at a DV shelter and im now dealing with cps filing neglect charges against me. He shelter called and told cps i was lesving my kid unattended in the bath and that he was pooping on the floor. He then started pooping on the potty the four days after that. I left the bathroom only to check on my five year old or for no more than 2 minutes at a time. They are coming down on me like im a horrible parent that deserves to have her kids taken. We have been through a lot and the last thing i needed was tore down more. Now part of my identity is being taken from me on top of the struggles we are already facing.
