Diagnosis

I’ve had rheumatoid arthritis since I was 14 years old. This past year I (22 years old ) was diagnosed with psoriatic arthritis and my rheumatologist told me “ it doesn’t matter , they are the same medicine “ ( that’s fine if it’s the same medicine , her and I have never clicked and she has been a bit snarky to me most of our time together ) but I have a rash ( red, raised as in swollen and flaky like dandruff from my skin and now hair ) that comes more than it goes and is now growing into my hair, it’s in my back right side of the neck . I take sulfalizine ( not sure how to spell it , not at home by the bottle ) and folic acid . I’m in DFW, Texas . Does anyone have doctor recommendations in the area ? Also what are some holistic remedies ?
