Conduit Special Intro Select Animation Not Showing In Season 25

Conduit's "Fluorescent Guardian" skin that came in Season 24 have a special intro animation different than the default one, however in S25 the intro animation while using this skin is the default one.

This is only happening with Conduit as far as I can tell, with Alter skin I have the special animation is showing.
