A major phone carrier robbed me
Location: indiana. So last june, My fiance needed to upgrade her phone, so I went to the compqny website and ordered a ~300 phone. We got the phone but we're unable to transfer data due to insufficient memory on the new phone. I contacted them for a return- Who sent me a return label and I sent the phone back. A couple weeks later I got the phone back in the mail, with a note saying that it had water damage. I knew this was impossible as it was out of the box for only about 10 minutes. I asked to examine the phone, and i sent the phone back for a second time. I checked the LED indicator and it was not triggered. I informed the company of this, they sent another return label and I sent the phone back again. A few more weeks go by still without a phone because my number is locked to the "new" phone. Company tells Me that a refund is on the way and should expect within 48 hours. Another week goes by and I call customer service who tells me 1 need to talk to warranty (this happened EVERY single time I called) I demanded to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor told me they'd leave a note on the president's desk LOL and I'd hear back within 48 hours. I'd say I called them 75 times, and each time they'd tell me they escalated to a supervisor and id hear back within 48 hours. Id call back the next week and the same thing. and they still have my money and my phone, and i had to replace the phone that was the replacement. What are my options? I do have the return labels via email with no tracking numbers that they sent anything back.
