Dentist appointment At Last Second!?

Im getting really annoyed with the NHS. So apparantly i was suppose to have gone for a dental appointment in April. But apparantly they "delayed it" Somehow with only telling me NOW and more to the point forcing me to make an appointment in a few days or i get kicked out WHAT IS THIS SYSTEM!?
