How to move or copy a profile from the "classic" profile selection to the "new" profile selection?

I created a few profiles in Firefox, and I noticed that the ones I created a while back don't appear in the new profile chooser, but still exist in the old one.

How would I copy or move those profiles. I don't feel like setting it up again.
