Budget phone for 20-25k?

So I was checking out phones and came across the Realme 11 Pro+. It seems like it has the best camera out of the ones I looked at (I’m into photography and vlogging). I was comparing it with the Moto G85 5G, Samsung Galaxy A36 5G, and Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G. Think it’s a solid pick, or is there something better you'd suggest? Thanks!
