Can't delete multiplayer free trial files after the trial ends without uninstalling whole game, i.e., Warzone + the trial files

So I installed the free trial few days back and played it. Now I saw that COD's total size on my hdd is around 150 GB, but only warzone files counts about around 100 GBs. I tried scan and repair but that doesn't help. Only reinstalling the whole game does the job. Is there any other solution rather than reinstalling the whole game and just delete the trial files??
