cant find old meme help

Im trying to find this old, popular meme picture of a kid in a blurry face t shirt, and maybe black shorts alone in what i remember to be an empty skate park or something. It's no where to be found as google images are all drowned out by tiktoks. Does anyone know what im talking about?
