Have terrible nbn speed with Telstra wanting to charge $105 a month. Is it easy to change providers and use the same modem?

So we have been with Telstra our whole life.

My Internet is 19 download speed and 1.1 upload speed and they expect $105. It used to be $75 but this is ridiculous.

I’m looking at TPG, superloop.

Is it easy to switch providers?

I saw TPG can use my Smart Gen 2 modem so no need to buy and looks like they just give you a password and it’s a simple thing done without someone coming to your house?
