Wage theft?

I started about a month ago now and we just go a new DM a week ago, hes only 22 so he is like one of the youngest people in the store but I believe he's committing wage theft on us drivers. He clocks us out on orders before theyre even ready, sometimes before we've even gotten back to the store from a previous order. I've been a mile down the road at a light when I got the notification that I was dispatched. There's been times where I've been stuck on the oven for like 10 minutes while I wait for my delivery in line to come out and he will just go ahead and clock us out on the order anyways. Like I get it, we want our out the door times to be better but robbing me of my promised wages while doing so is not okay. I'm about to text my managers manager to see what he thinks about this. Maybe I'm over reacting but it's a $3 difference in pay and every minute counts.
