Is this a scam voting ambassador scam

Mutual on instagram sends me a link to vote. Ofc I’m supportive but the the site looks sketchy and when you click to vote you have to log into your insta or Facebook but it will say voting has expired and the number of votes haven’t changed. I believe it’s a hacking scam ( copy the text below you’ll be sent the website I was sent too) Online ambassadors program (OPD) is back! After successfully positioned previous winners in the fashion, music, dance and comedy local shows as AMBASSADORS! We are back to engage your talents!. so if you are above 18 & above and have passion for music, comedy, dancing and fashion, here is a chance to shine. The price is going to be awarded at the end of the show pending on vote from the contestant.
