How hard is it to get a job as a new grad

I’m ending my first year in nursing school and some people are getting jobs over the summer as an aide to help them get a job when they graduate. I know this is helpful in getting a job but I was just curious, if you don’t have aide experience or are not already in a hospital while in nursing school how hard is it to get a new grad nurse position?
