Cutting contact with mom as a new mom

My baby is 7 weeks. She’s kissed, loved, fed, has clean clothes, always smells good, clean diapers, clean house to sleep in at night and a clean bed. My mother is a bitch and always has been. Since I had the baby I really thought she done some changing and of course last night she showed her true colors again. LO wouldn’t stop crying all day. Literally blood curdling screaming all day. I’m 99% sure she’s colic. She cries A LOT. It hits 11pm and my husband calls my mom to come get the baby, she gets here. All hell breaks lose. I’ll admit i’m having a breakdown where I’m louder than usual and cussing more than usual. And she always uses people’s faults against them and acts victim in everything. She then threatens to go call CPS and in that moment I literally seen red because no I’m not perfect BUT IM TRYING MY DAMN BEST. And what happened after was terrible. LO was safe with her dad in her room on the other end of the house. Just wanting some advice. No one’s gonna threaten to call cps on me when I know my baby is took care of.
