[TOMT] An animated short about a tadpole and fish that warns kids about stranger danger

I can't remember where I saw this short, I want to say maybe Nick Jr? The premise is that these tadpoles are playing and this fish tries to lure them away but one of the tadpoles is skeptical but the others are like nah, it's fine! Let's go! So finally the skeptical tadpole follows the fish and finds out the fish has eaten his friends and he escapes.

I found it awhile back on YouTube but can't seem to remember the name or how to find it again.
