Ojama Country vs Facedown Monsters (Edison)

Unsure if Ojama Country's ATK & DEF swap on these situations.

Would it apply to a facedown monsters when they are attacked? Lets say its 2000 ATK and 200 DEF, If I attack it when a Ojama would I take 1000LP or would the monster be destroyed?

Another is if my facedown Ojama is attacked and I have country, would the swap happen for that attack when it is flipped face-up?

Not sure if it changes anything but these questions are for Edison format.
