I want to start karting but I have some problems

My country is really small and I live in Hong Kong. It is also hard to find tracks for actual racing not rental karts and I also can’t find anywhere to buy a kart.

Macau sure is an option to go karting as well as Shenzen but it’s too far for me and I can’t really leave Hong Kong. I might move to Philippines, In Davao city (del sur) But it’s most likely not happening any time soon but it’s the same problem for there in the Philippines. I searched google but no karting tracks. Got any ideas how to find some?
