Looking for a roomate 2br2b

Hi! Looking for a roomate for his 2br2b in UKV.

You would get your own bedroom and bathroom with a walk-in shower. The apartment is 1400 sqft, has in unit w/d, central a/c, a private front patio, new carpet, hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances and a gas fireplace.

There is a shared parking spot, easy street parking and easy access to public transport. Wicker is a short walk away.

The person living in the other room is a 35 yo queer man that is super chill, likes video games, board games, going to concerts, cooking, hiking, and hanging out with his friends and girlfriend.

Price is $1450 with utilities. A friendly poodle will be there on occasion. The room and apartment are both furnished. Available June 1.

I can send pics if interested :)
