The trifecta at 39 weeks

It may be a bit tmi, but other than discharge changes, I've been pretty asymptomatic for all 3 - BV, thrush & UTI. I'm surprised I've not only lasted 39 weeks without getting any, but just shocked they came all at once lol. I've felt like such a nuissance going in and out of L&D for the past 2 weeks trying to figure things out and getting so many swabs and amniotic fluid checks, but they've finally come back with something and now I'm just taking antibiotics, so at least my baby will have a strong immune system - right?😅😂😂 Has this happened with anyone else? I've never had any of these before (I'm 21yo, FTM) so its worrying me that I'm doing something wrong but trying to convince myself they are common in pregnancy so it was technically only a matter of time lol. Just a bit of a rant and wondering if anyone else has gone through this :)
