D'Annam Quality?

Hi! I was wondering if anyone who has tried D'Annam perfumes could give an opinion on the quality? I see a lot of good reviews for them on TikTok mostly because of the photorealistic scent profiles of Japanese sweets but I don't see a lot of reviews on the quality of the composition itself. I saw a review on xiaohongshu saying that both discovery sets smell cheap and synthetic. I bought a sample of Sakura Snow, the one I'm interested in, and it does smell slightly sharp and chemical but I'm not sure if that's supposed to be the snowy/cold aspect or if it's because of the perfume quality. Is the quality worth the price? I'm new to perfume and have a hard time telling notes apart so any advice would be helpful! Also, are there any similar gently cool/cold smelling perfumes you'd recommend? Thank you! :)
