How much do you spend on food monthly?

Hi everyone, I'm trying to get a clearer idea of what a reasonable monthly food budget looks like. I have an oppurtunity to work in dubai (dont know the exact location yet). The company is willing to provide accommodation and travelling expenses but not food.

How much do you realistically spend on food per month (groceries + eating out), and what’s your eating/cooking routine like?

Any tips for meal planning & budgeting will be greatly appreciated.
