Hypeddit botted traffic?

Hi music marketers

I've been thinking about whether or not hypeddit's traffic coming from their promotions might be botted, but probably am I wrong about this.

I've thought about this when seeing the locations of the users that repost the track on hypeddit. This information is displayed in the "soundcloud for artists section"

Indeed it shows that 98% of users reposting are located in Ashburn, Virginia, which is apparently a big data center hosting city, and I've heard that it could indicate bot traffic.

I've solely relied so far on hypeddit promotion campaign tool to promote the track in question
