Will This Person Be Fired For Falling In The Parking Lot?

One of the Hardware associates recently took a dive off of the curb. Stories vary either he wasn’t paying attention to where he was going and/or he slipped on some peddles from a nearby magnolia tree. Could he be fired for being too much of a safety risk?
