Doctor not helping

Feeling fobbed off by the doctor again. Been struggling for months, anxiety, overwhelming fears and teary. Sleep pattern is awful.
She had me on anti depressants over a year ago but I was slowly stopped as they were making no difference at all. I asked to be referred to menopause clinic (UK) but she said the waiting list was huge and they want the GP to provide the services for menopause. I am now being given the 100 patch dose as she said this is the only thing she can do, or try the spray which she says the menopause clinic would do since I haven't tried it yet. I didn't like the gel on my skin. She asked about my BMI and weight. I go to the gym and pilates and I don't own scales so I told her that.

What other options do I have or is private now the only way to go with this.??? 😩
