Den. Nobile not growing?

Why is my Dendrobium not growing - at all? The new small canes (3) are the same size as 6 weeks ago? I have been watering, fertilizing with orchid food, and repotted out of the peat/coir a while back.

All flowers have dropped, and the leaves are perky, green and healthy. It is moist, not soggy, in premium bark and spagnum. Why no growth, in height or new canes?

The air is a bit dry, and the window is 60” (in) away. Do I have to get a growing light? Humidifier?
