[Hiring] 2D Level Designer - Top Down pixel art modern/city tileset

Hello, I need someone to take a pre-existing tileset, and mess around with it to give me solid references I can use for map generation code. Please provide me specifically with some screenshots of levels you've created. I don't care what software you use or how organized the map layers are, I just need references.

Being a pixel artist yourself definitely isn't required, but I think it could be a huge help and you'd be moved to the front of the line. If you are then please show me that work as well. It'd be great if you were able to implement new tiles when/if needed. But the tileset is pretty thorough already.
