Men who've gone ON/OFF Cialias, was there any tolerance effect or loss of libido after?

Obviously Cialis works during taking it, but when comparing the quality of erections/ability of before taking it to after taking it, did you see any loss or reliance issue?

Strongly considering to take Cialis for helping Blood Pressure/Circulation/longevity, but worried as the body often adjusts it's own production of hormones/systems in response to many drugs or supplements, creating a tolerance or new baseline. If that's the case with Cialis, just want to know before jumping in.
