Earplugs/airpods with a new tragus

Hello! I got my tragus done about a month ago and was wondering when you guys started using earplugs/airpods after getting yours? I know it’s important not to do so too early since it can mess with the healing progress, so I’m mainly curious when it would be appropriate to start :)
