Fundraiser Ideas?

I'm running a fundraiser in a few weeks for my friend's horse's vet bills. Of course, I'm doing flash tattoos, but looking for other ideas to make this a successful fundraiser flash day.

I'm the only artist tattooing at the event and I'm at a somewhat small private studio, so the lobby is limited on space. So far, I'm organizing a craft/bake sale in the lobby, as well as having raffle baskets. Anyone have any other cool ideas for raising money outside of just tattooing and those things?

I was also considering reaching out to a local newspaper about the event (has anyone done this?) and dropping flyers around town.

We're trying to raise about $3k, and I do have friends and family willing to help me run some events. So far we have people making baked goods, one person welding jewelry, I'll have stickers/prints/other merch for sale. I have some board games and a capsule machine, but not sure how to incorporate those yet. Trying to not break my own bank running this lol, so if anyone has any cool and thrifty ideas let me know!!
