Help me understand my sand wedge: 65 degrees, Bounce 7

After a long break from golf, I've recently retired and gone back to the game. I bought a sand wedge from Amazon 10 years ago without a lot of thought. It is 65 degrees and Bounce 7. I'm pretty good with it taking big swings in traps and from very fluffy lies around the green. It is easy to blade the ball from hard surfaces. Should I practice on harder surfaces with this club or add other wedges to my bag?
