Progesterone went down a couple of pts

I found out I was pregnant on 4/23 (yay!) and got blood work the next day to confirm. I then went back the following Monday for repeats and HCG and progesterone looked good. It’s my first pregnancy and I have endometriosis so I wanted a repeat lab. In the past my progesterone has dropped but I had believed they leveled out recently. Below are my numbers. Is there any advice? I am 6 weeks tomorrow.
