The beauty of books
Lately, I’ve been thinking about how incredible books are—whether physical or digital. There's something magical about holding a well-worn paperback, with dog-eared pages and a cracked spine that tells its own story. The scent of the paper, the weight in your hand, even the way light falls on the pages—it all adds to the experience. Physical books feel real, like little pieces of time and thought preserved forever.
But ebooks have their own kind of beauty. I can carry hundreds of them in my pocket, switch between genres at a whim, and never lose my place. I love that I can adjust the font size at night, highlight passages without guilt, and instantly look up a word or reference. For people with limited space, mobility, or budget, ebooks are an absolute gift.
In the end, whether it’s flipping pages or swiping screens, what matters is the story. Books—of any kind—give us empathy, escape, knowledge, and connection. That’s the real beauty.
