How long do I wait until I get unbanned?

(not sure if waiting even is an option to begin with but most sites have that so I am hoping Nexus does too) I got banned for being stupid enough and mentioning the fact that my game was pirated in someone's comment section, I am aware that I can appeal but it's pretty likely that they will reject it (even tho it's my first offense) and don't think they'd buy my apology (would end up going honestly, I ain't a good liar) so I just want to sit out my punishment and just wonder how long that would take cuz I don't find anything about it anywhere (or I am just blind as shit but looking at the "you're banned" message I don't see any time). And I do not want to risk an IP ban by making a new account
