Test email from HQ?

Hello, PCV here! We just got a weirdly simple email from our HQ CIO that just said:

“This is a test. Please confirm if you receive this email

Thanks”

No other context. Curious—did anyone from other countries/offices get the same thing? Wondering if it’s just us or a wider systems check.
