Alienware R7 does not work after change to optimize default button.

hello every one

I tried to change optimize default in bios setting to my pc Alienware R7.

And than pc does not work properly. Someone can help this problem.

Now I return back original SSD and Ram than try again. But Not Working..

What I need to do for this problem.
