Father got a 1kg big muscle premium gold whey protein without knowledge. Not taking return - should i use

My father got a bigmuscle premium gold whey protein thinking it is like a regular whey protein from a nearby shop. The shop keeper says there is no return possible. I know from online reviews and trustified that it is failing tests. Should i consume it or throw it away? is it only high in carbs and low in proteins or there are other harmful stuff in it that would cause some problem if consumed. will be helpful if someone using it/ have info abt tests guide
