Accenture Philippines - Pros & Cons

Employee ako ng Accenture since 2024 and gusto ko lang mag-share ng pros and cons of working here. Can't disclose my role pero non-voice siya.

Disclaimer: This is based on my own experience, so it might be different for others.

Pros:

• Competitive salary, especially for entry-level roles
• May HMO, retirement plans, OT pay, paid leaves, at performance bonus.
• Ang daming learning opportunities kasi may access kami sa mga training program at certifications to enhance skills
• Dami kong naririnig about toxic superiors sa accenture pero ok naman ang team ko, generally mas supportive sila than toxic, pero lakas din ng ibang mag-micromanage

Cons**:**

• Bihira sila magbigay ng salary increase. 1 yr pa lang ako dito pero sabi ng ibang ka-team ko na bihira din silang mag-promote ng mga empleyado
• Recently na-discover ko na mas mataas yung offer nila sa ibang new hires kumpara sa mga internal employees na same lang work experience. Di ko gets kung bakit? Pero oks lang naman ako sa salary ko.
