Beware of this seller

Context, I am a seller on whatnot but from time to time I make purchases and enjoy playing the “Coin Games” on some sellers pages. Whether the game is a wheel, surprise envelopes, etc. for those of you who aren’t familiar, you pay a set rate and try to land a high value “chase prize”, but mostly end up with the floor prize. In this case the floor prize was a one gram silver bar. It was my first time on this sellers page for a show and the game was in a wheel format. 300 spots on the wheel, 277 of those are one gram silver bars and the others were 5 gram silver, 1/10 oz silver, and the couple chase items were 1 gram gold, 1/10 oz gold, a 5 on silver bar and a 5 gram gold bar. When I arrived at the show the seller was starting spots at a dollar and letting people bid, I won probably 8 spots in a span of 30 minutes for between $3-$6 each. The seller was more than irritated that he wasn’t getting what he wanted for his spots even though he was responsible for setting the price. He then proceeds to put up a 10 pack spin starting at $45, I bought, and paid for at least 12 of those 10 pack spins, winning small insignificant things but eliminating tons of junk from the wheel. Getting me closer to winning something of value. Very long story short after me and another guy eliminated over 200 spots from the wheel giving us a better chance of actually winning a chase prize, the seller ends the show. Now I am new to this like I said but I went to the bathroom for 3 minutes and came back and he ended the show.

His excuse for ending it was, “the spots weren’t going for enough. Even though he is responsible for setting his price he needs. I requested to cancel all of my orders right after that. He denied every single one of them. He had no problem taking $4.50 a spin when I was winning crap but as soon as I got close to actually winning something worth value then it wasn’t enough. Classic rug pulling scam. I spent probably a total of two hours on this dudes show. I have messages between me and him also. He ended up blocking me. Am I tripping or is this dude totally in the wrong? I spent enough money on his show to cover the cost of the value of the highest chase item but he randomly ends it. I want some opinions but more than that just a PSA to stay far far away from this guy.
