Feedback is a scam

I recently gave interview in gurugram. when I ask for actual feedback.the HR told we are not moving ahead with your candidature but honestly I was looking for honest feedback since I recently got laid off.

I am very disappointed. Why HRs do this? Why can't they give proper clarity.
