5 years post pain??

I'm 5 years post THR, both hips. Two weeks post op I dislocated the left hip twice and had to have it fully replaced. It never healed well, but my right hip has always been fabulous.

Lately, however, I can't lay on my right hip at all. It's really painful so I avoid it at all costs. While standing i can actually point to the exact spot where there's pain. It doesn't hurt too much to walk, but it gets tired and achy much faster than the left, and i can't stay in the same position for long while sitting or standing. I've lost 80 pounds and I'm wondering if that could be the cause or if something is actually wrong. Anyone experience anything like this? Or is 5 years the limit of this hip and it needs to be replaced again? 🤦🏻‍♀️

Yes, I've made an appt with my Ortho, but was just curious if anyone has -similar issues.
