Payment is through leaguesafe. It will be $200 for two years up front.

This will be a slow draft with a 24 hour timer.

There will be 3rd round reversal

Draft will start when league is full and paid

Bylaws are as follows:

1. Starting a competitive lineup is required, no exceptions. Not starting a competitive lineup doesn't benefit you in any way. Checking your lineup every week is the absolute bare minimum that's going to be asked of you.

Competitive lineups can be subjective. This isnt in reference to a speculative start of a sleeper over an under performing stud. This rule is meant to cover starting players that are on IR, non starting qbs, or just overall empty lineups.

Immediate removal is the outcome for such repeated offenses.

2. league dues = $100 per season. Future years due 2 weeks before rookie draft or if you trade a future pick away.

Taxi locks start of regular season at which time you will not be able to add in players, but will be able to move from taxi to your bench/lineup.

Once a players match has started they will then be locked into his place on the roster. You CANNOT drop players on your bench after kickoff of their game. The commissioner WILL NOT change the roster after kickoff.

Collusion and cheating of any kind will not be tolerated in any league and will lead to the owner being removed from the league without a refund and the commissioner taking over their team until a replacement can be found. Every move you make as a manager should be to better your own team. Managers will be removed if they are found to colluding.

4. Playoffs: weeks 15, 16, 17(championship week).

5. Future rookie picks are determined by the following:

a] 6 playoff teams get bottom 6 pick positions based on consultation brackets and championship. Winner of each consultation bracket recieves the better pick.

Champion: 1.11 Runner up: 1.12 3rd: 1.09 4th: 1.10 5th: 1.07 6th: 1.08

b] non-playoff teams will get top 6 picks based on maximum points possible (lowest max points for at end of regular season gets 1.01 rookie draft position and so on).

7. Your roster CANNOT have more than 1 empty bench spot each week [Thursday thru Monday games] (this will help prevent attempts to have the lowest max points possible by having an empty bench).

8. TRADES: Highly encouraged. Always try to make your team better and continue to compete.

Trade picks up to 2 yrs out

TRADE DEADLINE WEEK 11

League dues are due within 72 hours of trade if you trade AWAY that years picks only. You will be removed if you refuse to pay your league dues.

No trades will be vetoed unless obvious collusion.

9. Payouts: $800-1st; $300-2nd; $100-3rd

Dues handled via LeagueSafe.

10. FAAB waiver bidding - $200 Will Reset after every rookie draft. Waivers lock after the championship matchup and open again post rookie draft. Waivers will clear every Wednesday at 3am.

11. No selling teams. If you wish to leave the league you may not choose your replacement. Any funds will be forfeited and a replacement will be chosen by the commissioner.

12. No loaning players. The same player may not be directly traded back and forth between two managers within the same season.

13. The in game tie breaker will be "highest scoring bench player" in the event that a game ends in a tie, the highest scoring bench player from each team will be used to decide the winner.

14. Rookie draft held may 15th. Payment deadline for that season will be May 1st.
